Materials (3-4 people):
SEL-IN Adana Kebab
medium tomatoes
1 large onion
2 cloves garlic
1.5 tablespoon of olive oil
butter 1.5 cups of butter
pilaf bulgur
1 tablespoon tomato slice
1,5 tea spoon salt
1 tea spoon powder red pepper
1 tea spoon black pepper
2.5 cup water
Preparation:
Peel and finely chop the onions.
Grate the tomatoes. Peel the cloves of garlic.
Put butter and olive oil in a medium-sized cooker. After the butter has melted, add the onions and garlic and start roasting.
Continue frying until it is cooked through. Bulgur added.
Then add the tomatoes and stir. Add salt and pepper in that order.
Add water, mix it and put it in the middle of the fire until it boils.
After an average of 10-15 minutes, turn off the bottom of the Bulgur pilaf that drains the water and let it brew for 20 minutes at room temperature.
Stir well and serve the layered rice. Prepare and serve according to the recipe of the Adana Kebab package.
